Customers can request returns or refunds by email at info@resolutionfitness.ca. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit. If an order is canceled after service completion or equipment/accessory ordering, a 30% restocking fee may be applied, or the deposit may be retained. Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once equipment is delivered. The client is responsible for removal at their expense, matching initial delivery/installation costs. A return request must be made within 30 days of delivery, with a potential 30% restocking fee applying only to purchased items, not delivery/installation charges. Returns/refunds beyond the 30-day period are case-by-case. Personal training packages are non-refundable, but sessions can be transferred to another individual.
